THE EASIEST WAY TO CONNECT TO
THE THCIC DATA WAREHOUSE!
Submitters and Providers may send/receive data to the
THCIC Data Warehouse via the Commonwealth Secure Web Site. Data sent by this method
is automatically encrypted in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
SUBMITTERS - How To Submit New Claims Via the Secure Web Site:
- Prepare your 837 or KeyClaim file for upload
(zip is optional - No Passwords Please).
- Visit The
Commonwealth Secure Web Site and login using your SUBMITTER ID (e.g.
thsub000 - enter this in lower case).
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When you logout, Commonwealth will automatically
pick-up all files
transmitted and send a transmission receipt to the Submitter Primary Contact
via email.
PROVIDERS - How To Send and Receive Files Via the Secure Web
Site: Providers can download error files and quarterly
certification files. Providers can also upload corrected claims and
certification comments.
- Visit The
Commonwealth Secure Web Site and login using your PROVIDER ID (e.g.
th000116 - enter this in lower case).
- To send or receive data, follow the on-screen instructions.
- When you logout, Commonwealth will automatically
pick-up all files
transmitted and send a transmission receipt to the Provider Primary Contact
via email.
